I first met Datu Dieter in 2003 I believe, when he was visiting the states for a martial arts symposium put on by a local instructor. Known for his speed, Datu Dieter is high energy on the floor, pulling disarms out of seeming no where. He also runs a very professional video company, Abinico, so check them out when you can.

Here you see some basic Tapi-Tapi moves during an Arnis exhibition in Rheine/Germany in 2004. After the Tapi-Tapi you see an empty hands drill followed by a lockflow.
